The Anglican Bible and Book Society’s online shops aids in our mission in two ways: (1) distributing religious books for worship and education, and (2) raising funds in support of our work.
The Society is a small, specialized nonprofit organization. We carry a limited stock list of items related to our mission, and we are careful not to branch out into unrelated product lines.
Because our shop is operated by a small volunteer staff, orders are usually processed twice weekly. This means that rush processing is not available, but we will handle your order as quickly as possible. If you request Priority Mail shipping, this does not mean your order processing will be expedited, but your order will be shipped by a faster delivery method.
On occasion, our stock of an item may have been exhausted before we process your order. In this case, we will notify you of backorder options and will wait for your confirmation of the arrangements before completing the order.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, check, and money order. Checks and money orders must be payable in U.S. funds. Orders paid by check may be held for up to 10 days to allow the payment to clear. If a check is returned for nonpayment, a $25 fee will be assessed. Checks may be converted to digital images and processed as electronic drafts on your account.
We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Estimated delivery times are those provided by the USPS, and we are not able to guarantee delivery times.
International shipping for some items is by DHL. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are the same as USPS Priority Mail International.

- Priority Mail. 1-3 business days. Shipping within the United States only.
- Priority Mail International. 6-10 business days. Shipping outside the United States. Customs delays and handling in the destination country may increase delivery time.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of items in new condition, subject to a 15% restocking fee, with limited exceptions. The customer must cover the expense of return shipping. In a few cases, some items are not returnable, and this will be indicated in the item details in our shop. Custom imprinted or custom indexed Bibles or other items cannot be returned unless defective.
Defective items may be returned for a refund including shipping cost. Please contact us in advance of sending your return so we may expeditiously address the problem.
If you have a concern that is not addressed above, please let us know. We are willing to find a reasonable solution to any difficulty that may arise.
Some items may be available in bulk quantities for churches or other groups. If you need more than ten copies of a book, contact us in advance of your purchase to see if we can offer a volume discount. Our ability to do so varies, and we are not able to guarantee volume discounts. If you did not contact us in advance of your purchase, we are not able to make price adjustments after we have processed the order.
